How does the image selection process work?
After the session we review every image together, narrowing down to the best. You select final images — delivered within 48 hours fully retouched. You only pay for what you love.
When do I pay?
The session fee is paid upfront to secure your booking. Additional images and makeup artist fees are settled on the day. We accept e-transfer, all major credit cards and Wise.
What should I wear?
Bring 2–3 outfit options. Solid colours photograph best — navy, charcoal, grey, white and jewel tones. Avoid busy patterns, logos or neon. We have a steamer in studio for wrinkles.
How long does a session take?
Headshot sessions run 30 minutes. Please avoid scheduling anything immediately after in case we need extra time.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Based in London, Ontario. We cover Southwest Ontario including Windsor, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and Sarnia. Travel fees may apply beyond 30min from London.
What happens to images I don't select?
Images not selected for retouching are deleted after your session. Your privacy matters to us.
